Full-time squash coach, founder of Squashathon Club, advocates for enjoying training, competition, and a learning environment that values effort and trying.

Former coach of regional elite teams and served as an assessor for the squash grading rewards program, knowledgeable about mid-to-high level training models and grading tips.

Currently teaches bank teams, community squash clubs, elementary school teams, and offers private training, catering to beginners to intermediate and advanced players of all ages.

2024 Hong Kong Squash Cup men's Group B third place, current player in the Hong Kong Squash League Group 5 (Summer League Group 2), and competes with a team, able to share modern competition experiences and strategies.

Also a registered social worker, registered squash referee, and intern sports psychology coach, well-versed in game rules and competition psychological preparation, emphasizes the learning process of squash.
